FreeBee-Mail Terms Of Service

By signing up and actively using the FreeBee-Mail program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. FreeBee-Mail may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with FreeBee-Mail. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the FreeBee-Mail program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:

You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and Most International Countries and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.You MUST also be able to understand the ENGLISH Language to be a member.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. Anyone signing up with gibberish in their information will be deleted. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. We allow one account and one payment account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer, IP-address and separate ISP to participate in our program. If we find out that a person has multiple accounts, we are deleting all accounts without notice.

You will use your e-mail address or user name / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your FreeBee-Mail account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by FreeBee-Mail be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you use for FreeBee-Mail. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from FreeBee-Mail with no more than 200 emails per day.

Accounts with bouncing email addresses will be set to onsite inbox.You may change the settings back after you fix the reason why your emails were bouncing. After the Third time your account could be deleted.This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full.Bouncing Emails is costly to the sites bandwidth and slows the server down.Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of your account and Forfeiture of All earnings to the date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.If you use the onsite inbox, you must still provide a valid email address. You may change your email account that you used when signing up at FreeBee-Mail. I understand the need at times to change Internet connections or email addresses.

The webmaster of FreeBee-Mail has the right to refuse advertising for sites that have unsustainable information on their site or cheat by using invisible IFrames. All sites are reviewed before sending. If the site doesn`t meet FreeBee-Mail rules, you will be emailed for a different site with a friendly explanation. All sites sent to be advertised MUST BE UNDERSTANDABLE TO THE ENGLISH READING MEMBERS. If the site was made intentionally for cheating search sites or other ptr sites your account will be canceled and Forfeiture of All earnings to the date of termination.

Cheat Links And English Tests:

Cheat Links(visible and invisible) will be sent on a regular basis. They will have a warning above the cheat link. Its the members responsibility to read to avoid clicking it.If you click the visible link 2 times, your account will be canceled and you Lose All earnings up to the date of termination. If you click the invisible cheat link once that only automated click cheat software(clickbots) can see, your account will be canceled and you Lose All earnings up to the date of termination and banned from the site forever.
Never BookMark Any PTC or Site Inbox Email Areas At FreeBee-Mail or You Will Be Considered An AutoClick Software User and Your Account Will Be Deleted.

English tests will be sent. It is the members responsibility to read the instructions completely. Failure to pass reading tests may result in your account being suspended or deleted. This is Paid to Read email and that is what is expected of the members here.These rules are a must for an active English reading membership so we can sell ads to advertisers.

All PTC sections may contain a Cheat Link/Banner(visible and invisible). Do Not Click on this Link/Banner (visible and invisible) (visible`s will be clearly Marked). These anticheat measures are there to monitor automated software users and non-english reading members which is against our Terms of Service.Your account will be reviewed and may be suspended Or canceled without notice. You Lose All earnings up to the date of termination if you click it and are found to be cheating.

Anyone caught doing searches or somehow being able to access the search & Tier1,2 PTC area will have their account canceled without notice and you also lose all earnings up to the date of termination.

Must click 10 paid or points links from email ads or the ptc area within 5 days. If you don`t, you will be considered inactive and your account will be canceled.

We Do Not Accept Proxy Users, Open Proxies, VPN`s, Squids etc. This includes Internet Providers Using Proxy Servers like AOL.

FREE MEMBERS

Must log in every 30 days and click at least 25 paid or points emails and be at least 30% as active as your downline to get commissions from downline clicks.Your account will be canceled and you Lose All earnings up to the date of termination for inactivity of more than 30 days.

UPGRADED MEMBERS

Lifetime Upgraded Members Must login every 30 days and click at least 25 paid or points emails Monthly to have your advertising sent and be at least 30% as active as your downline to get commissions from downline clicks. Your upgraded account will be canceled and you Lose All earnings up to the date of termination for inactivity (clicking less than 25 emails monthly) of more than 90 days.
Yearly upgraded members are waived from any click requirements. Your ads will always be sent.

Keywords And Interests:

We have "bad" keywords/interests "Delete me, I cheat"(more could be added) this helps in finding the members that can't understand English and use auto signup bots. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be canceled.

**Deleted accounts will not be restored if canceled for any system abuse rules**

Abuse Rules:

Sending spam, hate email, racist email, threats, rude & abusive emails including vulgar language and other similar types of emails will be grounds for immediate account termination and earnings/downline forfeited from ALL sites we own.Your IP will be blocked and your username/IP/abusive email contents only will be listed in the Hall Of Shame or our private forum or both. This can include but not limited to any Forums/Bogs/Emails/Instant Messenger Messages Etc.

Administration Messages & Posting Of Site Links:

Administration messages by email or the admin plugin or private emails sent to members are copyright.No part of these can be reproduced without my consent. If you are found to be posting them or parts of them on webpages/blogs/forums etc, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. The messages are only information for the members of this site and English tests. No site links such as paid to click areas or cheat links(email or banner) may be posted on sites of any kind unless it`s a nice ad/banner or ptc and your referral link to gain referrals.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and FreeBee-Mail are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and FreeBee-Mail. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of FreeBee-Mail. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

FreeBee-Mail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or FreeBee-Mail program, even if FreeBee-Mail has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, FreeBee-Mail aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by FreeBee-Mail. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates(but not necessary to be paid) to the FreeBee-Mail program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by FreeBee-Mail.

You Do Not have to buy ads or have referrals to be paid.There is no cost to you at all to be a member of FreeBee-Mail. FreeBee-Mail will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by FreeBee-Mail . Once the member has reached payout, they may request payment.Members will be paid via Payment Processors listed in your userinfo area.You will be notified of any payment processor changes as they arise. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. E-gold will be very limited to availability and will only be paid out when funds are available.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with FreeBee-Mail and may result in legal prosecution. FreeBee-Mail strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. FreeBee-Mail may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. FreeBee-Mail will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
